International Science and Culture Center for Academic Contacts (ISCCAC)  is pleased to announce The 2nd Conference on Education, Language and Inter-cultural Communication (ELIC 2022) .

The conference is scheduled to be held on Sep. 27-28, 2022. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the conference will be held online.

The aim of the conference is to provide a unified platform for teachers, researchers and students with different cultural backgrounds to present and discuss the problems on Education, Language and Inter-cultural Communication.
