International Science and Culture Center for Academic Contacts (ISCCAC)  is pleased to announce The 4th International Conference on Education, Language and Inter-cultural Communication (ELIC 2024) .

The conference is scheduled to be held online on Sep. 23-24, 2024. 

The aim of the conference is to provide a unified platform for teachers, researchers and students with different cultural backgrounds to present and discuss the problems on Education, Language and Inter-cultural Communication.
